Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview

At BRC Stone Works, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Natural stone is a unique material and we take care to ensure accurate product descriptions and images. However, as a natural product, some variation in colour, veining and texture is to be expected and is not considered a defect.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Returns

We accept returns of unused, undamaged stone products within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Products must be in original packaging and unused condition
• Cut-to-size and bespoke orders cannot be returned
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• A restocking fee of 15% may apply

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once dispatched, the returns policy above applies. Bespoke or cut-to-size orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Installation Services

For supply and fit services, please discuss any concerns directly with your project manager. We stand behind our workmanship and will address any installation issues promptly.
